We were approached by an Overseas PLC who had recently entered the UK Real Estate Market. They needed to secure finance to support the acquisition of a c.36,000sqft single let office building, located in an established commercial-led Business Park.

There were various challenges due to the borrowers specific funding requirements as well as a complex corporate structure, which limited the pool of lenders who we could approach.
