Samuel Kalms
Director
Sam founded KP Finance in 2016 and has spent over 10 years as a debt advisor within the real estate industry. Always looking to add value and deliver the most suitable finance structure for each borrower and transaction, Sam focuses on really understanding his clients’ business plan, in order to ensure he is able to facilitate and deliver on their funding requirements.
The knowledge he gained as a proprietary trader in the early part of his career coupled with his experience and strong understanding of real estate, has enabled him to structure complex and bespoke funding packages. Utilising his vast network of established professionals within the industry Sam is able to bring other stakeholders in where needed to assist with the process and provide additional supportive services.
Sam’s clients are based in both the UK and overseas including Property Companies, Family Offices and Funds. He has arranged finance across a wide range of sectors including: Residential, PRS, Office, Industrial, Student Accommodation, Retail and Hotels.
Outside of work you used to find Sam on the football pitch or golf course. Nowadays he spends most of his time looking after his three daughters.
Hollie Coles
Associate
Hollie joined the KP Finance team in 2018 as a Property Finance Associate.She brought with her a First-Class Honours BSc degree together with considerable property experience gained from a number of internships at London-based brokerage firms.
Hollie runs and supports on a wide range of debt deals, whilst also focusing on extending the company’s stakeholder relationships. Hollie’s curiosity and attention to detail combined with her focus on strengthening connections means that she consistently goes above and beyond for our clients.
Hollie has a keen interest in health and wellbeing which led her to become a proud Ambassador for a property wellbeing community – PropFit.
Outside of work, Hollie loves to keep active, whether that’s playing netball, or even braving the odd ‘Tough Mudder’ challenge! She loves to learn new things and to escape the city from time to time, by visiting her family in (not so) Sunny Cornwall.
