We were instructed to arrange a 5-year interest-only acquisition loan at c.60% LTV, on behalf of an overseas Family Office, raising finance in the UK for the first time.
The commercial office building, located in Zone 1, was single let with only 5 years unexpired.
We introduced the deal and borrower to a private bank and were able to structure a facility in line with our client’s requirements and drawdown the loan within the tight completion timeframe.
