Acting on behalf of an existing client we were instructed to source development finance within a very tight timeframe, to assist with the acquisition and build of a 28-unit scheme.
The scheme involved the part demolition of an existing mixed-use building, an extension to the rear and a ground up scheme to the side, to create 28 residential flats with commercial across the ground floor.
We approached a lender who we have a strong relationship with having worked closely with them for many years and knew could deliver on time. We obtained credit approved terms in line with our clients requirements and had the loan ready to draw in time for the contractual completion date.
